Consultant was very kind, thorough and professional. Mr Skilbeck also took the time to explain in detail my current condition and the next steps I needed to take i.e. urgent hearing test, to which he provided details as to who to go to for me to book. Hearing test now carried out, results emailed to consultant, now awaiting followup telephone consultation for next steps to take.
