All the staff I dealt with were clear and friendly. The hospital itself is very well presented, clean, and smart.

Staff is very friendly, the hospital looks very well maintained and the location is not hard to find.

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

Everyone was very helpful and professional and almost all of the staff were very friendly and kind. The catering was excellent and the quality of food was superb.
