I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent care I have received in the hands of Dr Arshad. When I arrived to her office after a ski accident she immediately made be feel that I was in safe hands as she took time to explain my knee injury and the potential next steps for recovery. When I started physiotherapy and my mobility wasn’t improving she took matters into her own hands to find me a new physiotherapist that had the right skills and knee expertise. Thanks to her I have been able to heal without needing surgery. She is the example of a doctor with real ethics and integrity who prioritizes what’s best for the patient as opposed to recommending unnecessary interventions.

Very pleased with how I was listened to, and the time taken to review my overall history and come up with a plan that gives me confidence in the way forward. I was given a simple and clear explanation, but with the chance to ask questions that I had as well. Very impressed with the appointment today.

Great care and help the whole time

The procedure has changed my day to day, pain before the procedure was a score of 10/10, after the procedure my pain score is 0/10. The procedure was quick, and after the local anesthetic at the site the procedure was relatively painless, a little discomfort when the injection of fluid took place.
