Mr Atkinson communicates thoroughly everything I needed to know about my surgery and condition, pre admission and post surgery. He is straightforward and to the point when communicating important elements, a trait I like and respect. From the very first time I met Mr Suresh Chandrashekar regarding my ankle he inspired me with confidence. He explained everything to me very clearly so I knew exactly what was going to be done. Having a total ankle replacement at 79 was daunting as I was very concerned about having anaesthetic. But Mr Suresh and myself discussed the situation as to what he will do and it all went very smoothly.
