Mr Tavakkolizadeh has been brilliant, I have felt in such safe hands throughout. He is great at explaining clearly, listening to me and offering reassurance where necessary. When I arrived to her office after a ski accident she immediately made be feel that I was in safe hands as she took time to explain my knee injury and the potential next steps for recovery. When I started physiotherapy and my mobility wasn’t improving she took matters into her own hands to find me a new physiotherapist that had the right skills and knee expertise. Thanks to her I have been able to heal without needing surgery. She is the example of a doctor with real ethics and integrity who prioritizes what’s best for the patient as opposed to recommending unnecessary interventions.
