Mr Vivek Gulati was very nice - he asked a number of questions to get as much information as possible and was quick to explain his thoughts in detail. He also did some physical tests that helped proved his explanation around his diagnosis.

The explanations as to how things were to proceed were exactly what was needed as a patient.
