Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. Easy going

Mr Hove performed my IOL 2 years ago with great success but have recently noticed a deterioration in my sight. Contacted Mr Hove who responded immediately & he explained that I may need a Yag Capulotomy (Laser) which he performed yesterday. He explained that this is quite common & the laser would be a 1 time & permanent fix. My vision today is100% better for which I am extremely pleased . Hilary J

Mr Ho performed an operation for a partially detached retina in my left eye and a retinopexy in my right eye. He carefully explained all of the options available to me, along with the associated risks and what to expect post op. I was very nervous about having an eye operation but he provided reassurance and took time to answer all of my questions, both before my procedures and at each of my follow up appointments. I’m also grateful that Mr Ho has been available when I have needed an appointment at short notice. I would highly recommend Mr Ho.

She is simply the best: absolutely delightful, friendly, human, engaging, knowledgeable, caring, reassuring, listens to one and notes down everything one says. She is also an expert clinician having carried out over 25,000 cataract procedures alone. Ms Richardson explains the whole procedure clearly and simply and presents all the options available for the surgery and the new lens and guided me calmly, wisely, sensitively and sensibly throughout the whole process. Successful surgery, great vision and the best ophthalmologist in the world- what more can one want?!

I cannot recommend Mr Deshmukh, his colleagues and Moorfields Private Eye Hospital highly enough - the whole experience has been incredible and I am almost unable to believe the outcome - having had months of deteriorating vision while trying to get a proper diagnosis, once I attended Moorfields Private and met Mr Deshmukh I was reassured and confident that a resolution was possible. I had virtually lost the vision in one eye, and had impaired vision in the other, was unable to drive, to read and latterly to use a computer or see the television. Prior to these problems I had worn rigid contact lenses for 48 years. Following replacement lens treatment with EDOF lenses I am now able to see better than since my teenage years - I do not need glasses at all, thanks to Mr Deshmukh.
