I came to see Mr. Alex Day within a few hours of a diagnosis of shingles in the left eye, back in early February, and he could not have been more thorough and sensitive, I had to travel halfway around the world while ill and he and his secretary Aurelia responded to my emailed questions and never let me feel alone, I am grateful for my experience there, and the prompt attention.
