The hospital looked clean and well-organised. Everybody was smartly turned out. The hospital receptionists sat behind a clear plastic screen, which hinders communication and seems unnecessary. I found some of the receptionists efficient but not always warm. The medical staff and the porters were friendly, professional and helpful.

From the welcome by both of the charming gentlemen at the front door, through to the nurses who held my hand in theatre and the surgeon & rest of the theatre team - my surgery went swimmingly on both occasions.

Life changing experience One year on from my CFS experience, I can't think how it could have gone any better. The initial assessment was thorough and filled me with confidence, the surgery (intra-lasik to tackle myopia and astigmatism) went exactly as described in their Oxshott surgery, and the follow-up care was first-rate. Based on my experience, I'd be pleased to recommend Mr Daya to anyone. I know others who have used some well-known facilities in London and had nowhere near the same level of care.
