I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

Very efficient in terms of communication. Good reception by staff on arrival for my procedure and aftetwards. Good quality room for my day stay. Well fed and watered aftetwards. Good information given pre-departure about what to expect during recovery period.

Friendly Staff,clean and modern facilities.

The main receptionist was rather lacking in charm or warmth. He took my CC details, and had me sign a form, and directed me upstairs.

No delays or backlog or extended waiting. Plenty of reception staff to service queues which makes a big difference in an efficient service. Clean and plenty of parking. I would have liked to see a better stocked play area for the young children (2 year old) as its very small. Maybe some books, a colouring table with colours and paper etc. Nothing extravagant just enough to keep little minds occupied.

Excellent Hospital, extremely clean, staff super friendly and caring, even has a stunning chapel.

All staff members I interacted with were very professional and kind, the hospital was extremely clean and quiet, and I was constantly kept informed of next steps throughout my stay, so excellent communication as well.

A perfectly adequate environment for clinical consultations. A little difficult to find but otherwise a good experience.

Excellent in all aspects of my care and stay

Cromwell hospital was incredibly well run. The staff were excellent and made me feel really welcome and less anxious. They made sure I was ok at all times and ensured I wasn't too scared. The food was excellent and the options were excellent. I couldn't recommend it enough
