Beautiful facilities but to have to wait over an hour for a private appointment was extremely frustrating and made us miss our next appointment and subsequent train. We should have at least received a text to advise us that the wait was going to be so long and we could have made arrangements so as we didn't miss our other appointment.

Every moment spent at the Spire Dunedin hospital was a wonderful experience. Each nurse I met shared their utmost kindness before, during and after the operation. I was beautifully looked after, and cannot thank them enough.

Everyone was very helpful and professional and almost all of the staff were very friendly and kind. The catering was excellent and the quality of food was superb.

My experience at Parkside was extremely positive. Due to issues with blood cancer, I required additional care both pre and post operation. The staff were up to speed with all my requirements, and took great care to ensure that the treatment I received was strictly in accordance with Mr Sturridge's instructions. The staff were curteous, friendly and efficient. The care I received and the food served were both excellent.
