I would like to praise Natasha. You will see on my record that I have had over 25 scans. I know what takes away my worries and helps me. Natasha's attitude and help to manage my worries and to listen to me made it easier. I would recommend that she shares her attitude approach to colleagues but also other scans in London. Excellent service. Only minor problem for me was hearing clearly what some staff said (pitch, softly spoken, not speaking directly to me)

Efficient and insightful. My concern was that I would be encouraged to have surgery but I was rightly recommended to try physio first.

I recently saw Mr Davis and he was wonderful. He was kind and put me at ease right away. The procedure was easy and he followed up with me by phone. His nurses were also fantastic. When I had a question, I got a prompt response which I really appreciated.
