Mr Walter Cazzaniga has an excellent friendly and professional approach. He explained everything regarding my procedure and answered all my questions. He took great care of me during the surgery and my recovery.

Very approachable with the perfect blend of professionalism and friendly manner. Miles explained all the options, the associated risks and his advice was perfectly clear and very helpful. On the day of the procedure, we chatted through what was to happen beforehand, and he came and saw me before he went to other duties after I was fully conscious.
