I cannot see any fault. I had a very pleasant experience.

Friendly staff and excellent professional care during the operation. The general admin could be improved: I received no paperwork ahead of my second operation (right eye). I had a date in my diary from a previous conversation, but no formal instructions as with the first operation (left eye). On the day before my operation, on checking with Moorfields to ascertain if the operation was still going ahead, I then had three callbacks - one to pay for the op, then to carry out the pre-operation health check. Everything went well on the day, but the general admin did not reflect well on Moorfields.

We were eventually seen about 45-50 minutes after the stated time

Emma introduced me to a form of treatment I’ve not experienced before, very low intervention, hands off. It was a revelation and left me feeling quite euphoric, similar to meditation. My lower back pain was more or less relieved in the first session but I found the whole experience calming and beneficial and had two follow up sessions. I don’t wish to repeat my suffering but would seek her out again if I’m unlucky with any similar injuries again.

Very unprofessional dealing with vulnerable patients, I have had a very bad experience with alternaleaf over the course of 1 year to then be told my medical records are no good and get discharged. FYI I'm a registered cannabis patient in the UK but they are still giving me a hard time and not accepting to coorect the errors in my case! Do jog use these people unless there is no other option
