My examination was conducted professionally. The examination was extensive to meet the requirement for a supported diagnosis to be made. Various options for ongoing treatment were given, with the pros and cons explained clearly. A way forward has been agreed which meets my requirements.

Mr Nav was straight to the point - asked about the original problem, current symptoms, any medication/s which has been prescribed since the symptoms began. Then explained what the procedure would involve. Performed the procedure quickly and pain free (slight discomfort but it was a scope of sinuses), showed and explained his findings and off I went.

Mr Natesh was very calm and welcoming! He explained the procedure and did a thorough consultation on my nearly 3 weeks old daughter and even showed me what they were looking for and explained in detail about the examination! He put me at ease as I was really nervous of my daughter needed the tongue tie release (luckily she didn't)! Thank you Mr Natesh
