Dr John O’Dwyer made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. He remained very professional but we enjoyed sharing a few jokes a long side my examination. He has referred me to have an MRI which worried me but he reassured me this was to cover all possibilities and hopefully find the cause of my dystonia.

He listened very carefully whilst letting me set out my circumstances in full and then offered his opinion and explained his proposed next steps extremely clearly. It was a very calming and reassuring consultation. His clinical experience meant that he was able to suggest investigations that until now had not been considered, and for which I am very grateful. The follow-up consultation was equally reassuring and it is clear that patient care and well-being is at the very heart of Dr. Rakshi's practice.
