I always have great care. From reception through to Paul my dentist. who really makes me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment I have had in the pass. Always been at this practice since I was a baby. Would recommend this practice to family and friends.

Generally very good care treatments however at times some things gave the feeling of being rushed nothing you could put your finger on, just a feeling.

I went to Smile because my teeth were suffering from self-inflicted damage and ugliness; from the first time I met all staff during Covid lockdown they have been friendly, helpful, kind, and extremely professional. I was put at ease, given a clear idea of what was involved and ventured through the experience without worry. Visiting a dentist is not generally enjoyed, but Smile have changed this negative feeling into a very positive one. Thank you

The entire dental service offers exceptional care

I attended for a wisdom tooth removal, deep gum clean and Ameloplasty. A process I was not looking forward to at all. However, I found the whole process from initial examination, report and recommendations, professional, informative and reassuring. The treatment was expertly carried out and ,considering what was being undertaken, pretty pain-free with any "twinges" immediately dealt with. Two days later, I am comfortable and pain-free.

I was surprised by the lack of a spitting sink in the hygienist chair. I had to spit into a plastic cup. She made no comment on my teeth! Nor did she give me any advice. The dentist chair had a huge rip in it. The dentist deduced that 10% off £120 with Denplan would be £110 as opposed to £108……I was fairly unimpressed with my visit. The SA receptionist was delightfully friendly and an asset to the practice.

Amazing practice staff very friendly and always polite! Been a patient here for many years and would not go anywhere else.
