From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. I am recovering really well and have huge admiration respect and gratitude to Professor Ameet Patel, I thank you and all your team. Paul D

Dr Philipose was thorough in explaining my tests result and diagnosis. Dr Philipose also encouraged me to ask questions about my case. Dr Philipose performed the gastroscopy with excellent skill, and reassured me during the whole process. I greatly appreciated the experience.

He has helped me with my gastroparesis and willing to do his best to get me back on my feet.
