My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

Very good attitude by all staff I was in contact with. Mr Blackburn was clear in explaining what was being done and most sensitive.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Very helpful staff qnd very nice building. Waiting area was very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.
