He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS. My overall experience in Mr Gulihar's NHS clinic and the staff working with him was very good. The outcome of treatment in both shoulders has really worked. I have had an excellent outcome and I am very pleased.

Mr Tavakkolizadeh has been brilliant, I have felt in such safe hands throughout. He is great at explaining clearly, listening to me and offering reassurance where necessary. I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!
