Mr Siva Kumar won my trust from the very first consultation. In each and every meeting I had prior to surgery and post surgery he has talked me through exactly what would be happening both clearly and concisely. There were no questions in my mind and no hesitation in proceeding with my surgery. Post surgery he has taken great care to ensure I am happy with the result. I am extremely happy with the result and can genuinely state it is the best money have ever spent.

Mr Dickson-Lowe was very informative and open about all aspects of my surgery. He answered questions. I felt he was very polite and professional at all times which put me at ease.

Very clear and explained what he was going to do. He gave me time for questions and answered them in detail.

Mr Basu took his time to explain why an operation was necessary and explained the proceedure to me in simple terms. Was well looked after by mr Basu and his team before and after the operation and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Mr Gulati provided a superb healthcare experience. A friendly and extremely professional service, taking the time to explain what the procedures would entail, whilst taking the time to allay any fears or concerns.

This is my first surgical procedure under Mr. NiK Bakti, and I need to await the outcome upon full recovery to more meaningfully feedback on his excellence, but given his profile and him being on Benenden Hospital's medical team , I felt confident to rate him well. The briefing meeting with me prior to surgery could have been a little more reassuring.

Such a knowledgeable man. Kind caring and very clear about what he needed to do and the outcome he hoped for after surgery. He was amazing. He was like an artist creating the best outcome. I cannot praise him highly enough. He came the next day (I don't think he was supposed to be working) to check on me.
