Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!

I wanted to discuss the possibility or desirability of a hip replacement, given that I have arthritis, and genuinely had no preference regarding whether to have the operation or not. He examined my mobility, discussed the situation with me, the pros and cons of operating or not, and concluded that I should continue with physiotherapy and not undergo the operation. Throughout the conversation, he came over as thoroughly professional, caring, and in command of his area of expertise. He gave me confidence in his decision.
