I found my appointment with Mr Bilal Al - Obaidi all you could ask and hope for. Very friendly and welcoming and explained things to me in a clear and precise way. He was very clear, understanding and discussed all the pros and cons of the surgery. Listened very carefully.

I wanted to discuss the possibility or desirability of a hip replacement, given that I have arthritis, and genuinely had no preference regarding whether to have the operation or not. He examined my mobility, discussed the situation with me, the pros and cons of operating or not, and concluded that I should continue with physiotherapy and not undergo the operation. Throughout the conversation, he came over as thoroughly professional, caring, and in command of his area of expertise. He gave me confidence in his decision.

During my appointment today with Mr Hinesh Bhatt I’ felt extremely comfortable & relaxed; Mr Bhatt is a perfect Gentleman & his further intentions for my operation were the same as mine, I left feeling very elated & Happy xx
