I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards.
