She gave her honest opinion about the situation and she explained in great detail what the procedure was going to be. She checked in multiple times to see that everything was going to plan and she was all in all a really approachable and friendly doctor. Any procedure can make you worried and uncomfortable, but she put me at ease.

Dr Sengupta had been amazing throughout my emergency surgery and after care. He explained everything and put my mind at ease before the surgery. He has completed two follow up appointments and was able to advise me regarding menopause clinics and for the er care. Always been polite and understanding of my needs.

I found her to be approachable, she explained the procedure in language that I could understand. She has a very easy manner that puts you at ease. I also found her to have a good sense of humour that I could relate too - in fact she made me laugh.

I would highly recommend Mr Abouzeid. He has a very calm, assuring nature and explained everything relating to my procedure in a clear way. My operation went well, with a quick recovery, and test results were delivered promptly.

Bim and her nursing Team were amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional, understanding and friendly, making me feel at ease straight away. Bim listened to my long ongoing medical problem and was able very quickly to help me get everything much more under control and to feel much better than I had in months. Amazing Team, hospital was lovely and very clean. Reception were very friendly. I found the whole experience a positive one and would recommend Bim & her nursing Team to everyone!
