There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience with Mark and Julia was. I actually looked forward to having them come to my home and put me through my paces. If it hadn't been for them I doubt I would have healed so quickly after a total right knee replacement. In a few months I will need to have my left knee replaced and I would not even consider another physio.

Mark is a fantastic therapist, kind and thoughtful, adjusting exercises and training as the weeks went by to match my progress and needs (which also meant it never got boring or repetitive and I actually stuck to the programme). He has an in-depth knowledge of the procedure I had (full knee replacement) so could answer all my random questions, whether about the odd ache or clicky noise, my range of movement, the wound itself, or even how to get out of a bath, so I felt reassured and supported during the recovery. I found Mark very respectful in a personal sense, in terms of hands-on physio, and also in my home environment. He's warm, friendly and also extremely punctual!

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). A pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend

Martin was incredibly professional and friendly. He worked with me to understand where my pain is coming from and propose specific exercises. Over the 5-6 months I developed a better understanding of what I need to change in my workout and implemented his recommendations. André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment. I've tried other physio's in the past and none have been able to help ease the pain. After my course of treatment and self management recommendations, André provided, I've been pain free. André is highly professional and it's clear he truly cares about his patients and ensuring they get the best outcomes.
