Dr Rai is very friendly and helpful

Dr Mehma Rai has been treating me for melasma. I have had melasma for a number of years and had tried many products but nothing helped. Dr Rai has been treating my condition with Obagi products. My melasma has improved dramatically. Dr Rai has been monitoring my progress and has changed the dosage when necessary. She has been very professional throughout and is an exceptional medic. I am very happy with my treatment and progress and would highly recommend Dr Rai.

I booked a same day appointment get a health check with Dr Mehma Rai and I was so impressed by the service that she provided me with. She was really friendly along with her team, and went above and beyond to help me feel at ease. I’ve had many GP’s before now but never ever received medial care with personal touches like this. At my first appointment Dr Rai took my full medical history and, wisely, recommended blood tests. I asked about profilho for my face, neck and hands. Dr Rai was generous with her time and really listened to my concerns. At my first appointment I chose to have a numbing cream applied, but not since. I don't need it, because Dr Rai is so gentle. We agreed that I would also have botox injections and the results from the combination of profilho and botox have been amazing. Dr Rai is so skilled, she has made me look 10 years younger and everything she has done for me looks so natural. I have lost count of how many of my friends and colleagues have commented on how good I look since I started my treatments. I am absolutely delighted with the results.

This was my first time having Botox and Mehma put me at ease from my first consultation. She is extremely professional and very warm and friendly. During the procedure, Mehma took her time to ensure I got the best results possible and I’m absolutely delighted with them! If you’re thinking of getting Botox for the first time or changing your practitioner, I would highly recommend Mehma for her skill, professionalism and friendly bedside manner.

Honestly when you go on google and look for health checks you are faced with so many options. I am not one for writing reviews, but this time i had too. One 5 Health and Dr Mehma Rai offer a fantastic service from start to finish, everything is explained very clearly and you feel that you have done something very positive with your health. Dr Rai is absolutely fantastic! She has been my doctor for a number of years and I’d follow her to the end of the earth (good doctors are worth their weight in gold!!!).
