Dr Fidler was fantastic. Thoughtful, helpful and clear explanations, I felt very well looked after.

I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.

A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.

Dr Rahman was really professional and thorough with a very reassuring bedside manner. He assessed my upper GI symptoms, ordered appropriate tests and has presented me with an analysis of the results and a treatment plan in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended him an an extremely experienced specialised Gastroenterologist.

He has helped me with my gastroparesis and willing to do his best to get me back on my feet. Dr. Simon Peake, is very thorough, with all the tests, he'd given me; as I was originally referred to him, via my Endocrinologist; due to my blood test results for anaemia. Dr. Simon Peake, had done a gastroscopy, and colonoscopy procedure at the same time, and whilst having this procedure done, he had cut away two, pre-cancerous polyps from the colon area; as I wasn't even aware I had them! Thankfully, I was given the all-clear. Dr. Simon Peake had taken his time to explain the results to me, he has a good bedside manner, and I would highly recommend him. His secretary, is a lovely lady, and very efficient.
