DR Sala is one of the best Dr's I have ever come across. She is very polite, kind and caring. She has always been updating me and my mum about everything happening. She dealt with my mums case with such high effort. She knows her job very well and mostly above this she knows how to treat people with upmost respect and dignity. I am so thankful that it was her who has my mums case.

My appointment with Dr Al-Joudeh was a positive experience. He was able to see me quickly and he took time to explain things without rushing. He had a kind and caring manner and I would recommend him to others. If only more doctors were like him.

I was referred to Mr. Sacheen Kumar from Kingston Hospital. I found Mr. Kumar, professional, approachable and caring. My diagnosis was plainly described and the options available to me. I decided to have an operation and the procedure was clearly explained. As a patient, I felt "I was in good hands' under his care. Mr. Kumar visited me regularly during my hospital stay, reassuring me if I had any concerns. I am pleased with the results.

I highly recommend Prof Mughal as I found him extremely considerate, well mannered, kind and super professional. He operated on me for 11 hours - a complete oesophagectomy and a month later I was able to eat and sleep almost as normal. I could not ask for more. Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.
