The recommendation of the procedure was clear along with clear assessment of risks both of the procedure and of not undertaking the procedure. He was available prior to the procedure and on release from ICU and clearly answered the questions that my wife and I had. He had provided contact details sound we have any concerns following discharge as well as access to a post operative support and a follow up consultation after day four weeks. As such feel and have felt well supported.

Firstly I was very pleased that I was able to arrange an appointment with Dr Ramrakha fairly quickly. He was very thorough in examining my recent medical tests at A & E with reference to a recent angina problem. I was pleased that he was going to arrange more tests and amend my medication. Dr Missouris has been absolutely amazing, he is one of those rare gems that you don't need to explain too much with, as he fully understands his field and is able to thoroughly investigate the cause of the issue. I have been with many Drs from different departments and by far Dr Missouris has been the best. You don't need to explain too much or go into great detail in order for him to understand.
