Staff were lovely and helpful, and premises were comfortable. Our consultant is wonderful, professional, and thorough. I would certainly return to receive treatment from the medical team. Unfortunately we waited almost 5 hours for an injection of anti-d as I'm rhesus negative, so our discharge was significantly delayed. Staff in the Lindo wing seemed to try quite hard to accelerate the process and chased the transfusion dept several times, but it led to us spending 8 hours in hospital for a 30 minute procedure which was unfortunate.

Very friendly, efficient and timely service. I arrived early and was seen early.

The location was easy to walk to from Bond Street tube station. There was lift access for accessibility and clearly signposted. Aysha and Rebecca were friendly in the reception and offered us refreshments and we were seen shortly after. Dr Georgiana was warm and friendly and out us as ease as well as answered all our questions. Dr Marlow was so warm and friendly, he instantly built a good rapport and made us feel welcome. Her took his time to explain everything and really made us feel heard and understood. We really liked his manner and personality which was down to earth and approachable. He was very patient and tolerant and you could tell he was an expert with the way he pitched the information to suit his audience. When speaking to three child he adapted his language and when speaking to me, he was able to tell that I liked information so he met my needs by explaining things in more depth. We have had two wonderful experiences with Dr Marlow and his team and we are thankful that we chose recognition health as a result. Thank you

I was made as comfortable as I could be during my time at the hospital. All staff were great and listened to how I was feeling. Facilities were good and I felt I was kept informed off all updates about my care

The staff were super friendly, especially the receptionists and the nurses. There was construction going on every time we were visiting, which was a little noisy.

Fast and smooth experience

Great experience at this hospital which is run very efficiently by friendly, caring and professional staff. I could not fault any aspect of service or care from when I first walked in to the point of discharge. The room for my overnight stay was clean and had everything I needed. The food was really nice and I was really well cared for.

Great Hospital , very well organised and structured. Every visit I was treated like royalty. I would recommend to anyone requiring treatment.
