I had an excellent experience at Chelsea Outpatient Centre. The reception staff were very helpful and the waiting areas were very clean. The consultant I saw was in no rush and took the appropriate amount of time to understand and treat my issue. I highly recommend.

The clinic is very good equipped with the best patient care I’ve seen in London. All the staff members were polite and thoughtful.

The appointment was not completed and we were not seen by the doctor. The staff were unable to reach him and after a 30 minute wait we were told that the doctor is on leave and isn’t coming at all.
