Great staff, facilities and care

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

The overall experience is excellent.

Great hospital, just need more car park

My elderly mother was admitted and had a surgical procedure. The level of care and treatment from all has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, professional and caring from the porters up to the consultant.

Overall a pleasant experience

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The free parking and coffee was a bonus. The doctor was excellent and followed up the consultation with a written report to myself the same day, with an appointment in the near future for the next procedure needed.
