Excellent from start to finish explained everything involved

Excellent surgeon who, following diagnosing problem where others had not, operated ridding me of increasing, uncomfortable pain. Very happy that I was able to have the very experienced Mr Shamsi El Hasani as my surgeon. Would highly recommend his expertise as a surgeon & his professional informative & caring manner.

He is a good doctor who attended to me very well, explained very detailed of the procedure and am really happy with the outcome.

My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

Mr Casula has the ability to make you feel incredibly reassured and confident in the treatment you are being subjected to, He is excellent at what he does, explains every step of the treatment and makes sure you understand and are comfortable with the steps to follow. Mr Casula's bed-side treatment is very warm and understanding. There is much more I could say but mere words cannot explain what an exceptional Surgeon and human being he is . Thank you Mr Casula .

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. I am recovering really well and have huge admiration respect and gratitude to Professor Ameet Patel, I thank you and all your team. Paul D
