This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

The culture promotes confidence and a sense of security. The corporate objective of “putting patients first” has real meaning for clinicians and other staff.

The staff were welcoming, checked I was content with everything. Kept me up to date on what was happening. I was worried about the procedure (I was anxious due to my previous stroke) but they then spent time helping me relax and advised me on the help I could get to reduce my anxiety.

Everything was great

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

Very helpful staff qnd very nice building. Waiting area was very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.
