Dr Ray was very good when we went to see her and listened to what we had to say. She recommended some tests and gave my daughter some medication. But post appointment trying to get hold of her has proved difficult and trying to find out test results has been hard, so we are no further forward than we were before our appointment.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr Albusoda- he takes the time to discuss things with you in detail and really considers all options in a thoughtful and logical way laying out a treatment plan/route to diagnosis

We see Dr. Sood originally because we thought our sons problem could be allergy related, so he had skin prick test. Dr. Sood listened to our other concerns about our son and found the cause pretty much straight away, after months of going backwards and forwards to our GP. He fully explained every aspect of our son’s care and what to expect going forward. I had some issues with my gp practice with some of what Dr. Sood advised, but I emailed Dr. sood and he responded pretty quickly and helped resolve the issues. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sood and if in the future I had any concerns I would definitely see Dr. Sood again.

I went to see Dr Fidler to gain some clarity on some reflux and digestive issues I have had. During my first consultation, Dr Fidler was patient and kind, and listened well to my concerns. Dr Fidler laid out a clear plan of action. When I had my procedure of an upper GI endoscopy, Dr Fidler explained the procedure clearly and gave me time to ask questions. Dr Fidler made me feel at ease and I felt confident in her. After the procedure Dr Fidler came to check on me and explained the following steps. During the post procedure consultation Dr Fidler gave me time and listened well. She clearly explained the findings and my options moving forward. I found Dr Fidler to be empathetic, proactive, honest and helpful in advising me on how I can move forward with my health and manage my condition. I found communication with Dr Fidler easy and found her secretary Shereen to be very kind and helpful in our communications. I would highly recommend Dr Fidler and would be happy to seek out her expertise again should I need to.

Dr Philipose was thorough in explaining my tests result and diagnosis. Dr Philipose also encouraged me to ask questions about my case. Dr Philipose performed the gastroscopy with excellent skill, and reassured me during the whole process. I greatly appreciated the experience.

My experience of meeting Dr. Harris for a consultation, through to a Gastroscopy and final follow up appointment was beyond my expectation. Both Dr. Harris and his P.A. Mollie Falk-Jones were extremely organised and efficient, keeping me informed throughout and making very speedy appointments. Dr. Harris put me completely at ease and the procedure, (although I was nervous), was quick and absolutely painless - I was actually unaware that it had been carried out! In addition, Dr. Harris went out of his way to advise me of a more holistic approach to my difficulties as a Type 2 Diabetic and to liaise with my G.P. for which I am very grateful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Harris and his team to anyone considering the necessity for a consultation/this type of procedure.
