Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.

At my second consultation, he was equally reassuring and clearly understood my stress levels and the need to address the problem quickly. He explained my test results and the procedure I needed and took great care to manage other health issues that might have affected a good outcome. The procedure happened exactly as he had described and my follow-up appointment was again reassuring and informative. I had no adverse effects from surgery and can't thank him enough for all he did.
