I recently had a very good experience during my visit to Dr Ibrahim. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. All very clear and surgery result beyond expectation

After a warning from the neurosurgeon & oncologist who had been monitoring the regrowth of my meningioma in September 2023 that it required surgery & as it was a second operation it was at high risk of stroke, bleeding, bone infection, going through old scar tissue, the tumour was pressing against a large vein. My daughter suggested I sought a second opinion, we chose Mr Shoakazemi who also specialises in my type of brain tumour.  He confirmed…the risks were very high indeed, the brain tumour had grown too big for fractionated radiotherapy and surgery through the old wound of some 20 + years ago was the only option. We found Mr Shoakazemi to be extremely approachable, professional, calm, warm & informative.  I feel incredibly lucky to have had the faith on a date said to be the unluckiest day in the yearly calendar …Friday 13th October to undergo surgery with such a gifted neurosurgeon. I am (thankfully to Mr Shoakazemi) walking straight, talking straight & feeling fully blessed.

Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

Mr Casey explained what the problem is with my spine and is sending me to a physiothetapist. I have made 3 appointments with Paul Tanner at 17 Dover Street.

He was very pleasant . He explained everything to me and he did a very good job. He demonstrated a high sense of respect and empathy to me.

Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well.
