Couldn't have asked for a better experience with my wisdom teeth removal. As a nervous patient Mr Bhatti was the perfect surgeon, he put me at ease in his calm manner and clearly explained all aspects of the surgery and recovery.

From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care. After 4 days I felt much better and after my cast was taken off two weeks later people who saw me were unaware I’d had anything done. I’m so delighted with the result and have a new found confidence. After waiting so long to get it done I couldn’t be happier. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Townley and his team to anyone wishing to have rhinoplasty.

Mr Joshi performed upper eyelid surgery for me yesterday, what an amazing gentleman he is! I am so thankful I had my surgery done with him. He made me feel at complete ease from start to finish and I am so happy I had it done at the Harley street hospital with him . Mr Gulati provided a superb healthcare experience. A friendly and extremely professional service, taking the time to explain what the procedures would entail, whilst taking the time to allay any fears or concerns.

Mr Siva Kumar won my trust from the very first consultation. In each and every meeting I had prior to surgery and post surgery he has talked me through exactly what would be happening both clearly and concisely. There were no questions in my mind and no hesitation in proceeding with my surgery. Post surgery he has taken great care to ensure I am happy with the result. I am extremely happy with the result and can genuinely state it is the best money have ever spent.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience with Mr Karim Kassam. From the very beginning, Mr Kassam was very thorough and explained the process and diagnosis promptly and clearly. The clarity and swift diagnosis was incredibly reassuring making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My recovery is coming along very well 1 week post operation and the pain has subsided quite significantly. I am very grateful for the support and care provided by Mr Kassam and his professionalism and supportive approach has made a significant difference and would highly recommend Mr Kassam.

Mr Osher has a great approach to surgery. I felt extremely comfortable under his care and felt that he was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing.

I don’t have much other experience but found Nigel clear, supportive and patient to answer questions.
