From the very first meeting with Mr Bhagawati I was put completely at ease and felt totally reassured in his ability to help me with my severe disc bulges. On Surgery day I was extremely nervous but Mr Bhagawati and his team helped me through and the day after surgery I was up and about and home. I have fully recovered and now have my life back. The aftercare has been great and have the reassurance of follow up appointments for one year should I need them. I cannot fault any of the process it has been amazing and I am so thankful to Mr Bhagawati for all he has done.

Mr von Ark was very good at explaining the pros and cons of having surgery, and at no time did I feel pressurised into having surgery.
