Amazing experience and after care. Dr Pillai is brilliant and the team are highly trained, skilled and professional. AVC really do care about their patients, I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

My experience at Vision Care was very good based on the friendly and professional staff. My Optometrist in particular was very patient, informative and understanding.

Spire Bushey Hospital provides excellent patient care. His team were attentive and caring and the possibility to do all diagnostic tests within the building is an added bonus.

Facilities are good and as expected - would reccomend
