I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

I saw Dr Ahsan at The Cavell as I was suffering with terrible anxiety and ill health due to uncontrolled/spikes in my blood pressure. He made me feel at ease, answered all my questions in a calm and considerate way, allayed all of my worries and restored my confidence. He is very responsive to emails/calls and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly rate Dr Ashan for his professionalism, kindness and caring approach to his patients.

I found Dr Griguer to be very approachable and empathetic as well as professional. She listened carefully, ensuring she answered all my questions (even though some might have been silly). She explained, in non-medical terms, all the tests that would be done and was as thorough and clear in explaining the results, which came through very quickly. All suggested documents, nutrition plan etc were received speedily by email.

Dr Pabari was very kind. I felt listened to and she addressed all my concerns and fears. I’d highly recommend her.
