I would warmly recommend Dr. Varnava. She impressively combines subject expertise with a pragmatic methodical approach that is clearly communicated.. The whole experience was informative, reassuring and extremely helpful.
This was a follow up appointment where Dr Varnava reviewed my medical results and discussed my medication Set a new plan this was super helpful and reassuring due to a change in some results
I visited Dr Varnava at a point when I was very concerned about my symptoms, pregnant with my first child and generally pretty worried about everything! Her calming and very direct approach really helped me. She explained everything clearly without fluff! At that point when I was so concerned, I needed clear and direct information. Her experience is phenomenal (with various different specialisms including pregnancy) so having her reassurance and action plan greatly comforted me. That was the second time I saw Dr Varnava. The first time was a few years ago and she was equally as fantastic then too. I’d highly recommend Dr Varnava. Samantha, her secretary, is also great. Super efficient and organised, really prompt in sorting appointments - exactly what you need in a medical secretary but it’s rare! All appointment letters are sent out quickly and the notes back to my GP are speedy too. A huge thank you to them both!
My review is based on Dr Varnava’s PA Samantha. I am regularly in contact with Samantha on behalf of my employer. Samantha is an absolute delight to deal with, super professional, polite, efficient, organised, helpful. Everything is seamless with Samantha, you are all just all the things and so much more :) Thank you so much for making my job easier from one PA to another… I appreciate you
Amanda listened to me carefully and was very kind. She had a reassuring manner and I felt very safe and cared for. She explained all the investigations that were to be carried out and gave me a very clear treatment plan. I shall recommend her to all my friends and family.
I am so reassured at being under Dr Varnava’s care. She is clearly very knowledgeable and respected and she takes real care to explain things sympathetically. I can’t thank you enough.
Dr Varnava is a caring and excellent medical professional. Always takes time to explain everything that is going on and what options are available.
I was very grateful for the patience and time taken to explain my condition and to offer information about how to proceed to try to improve it. I now have a much better understanding of what I must do and what is available to me if my condition deteriorates.
Super specialist in inherited cardiac conditions.
