I first met Mr Okaro 8 years ago when he performed my myomectomy. He has supported by gynaecological health through many years and this year made my dream of being a mom possible. He supported me and my husband through a difficult pregnancy and safely delivered a beautiful baby girl.

I did a lot of research in 2023 before I chose the right surgeon to help treat my severe endometriosis and fibroids and I am pleased to say I made the best decision. Thanks to the reviews on this website in addition to recommendations from the founder of the Endometriosis Foundation, I went ahead and booked with Mr Khazali. Throughout my consultations and whilst going through my history Mr Khazali listened and gave me the space to talk. His approach was a two surgery process (3 months apart), first one being the myomectomy to remove the fibroids and the second being the robotic endometriosis excision. Both were successful and I have recovered well from both. My monthly cycles are still yet to settle into a normal routine but I am pain free during my periods now, for the first time in my life (I'm 41). I have not taken any strong painkillers, just the occasional paracetamol. From beginning to end, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Emma, Tamasine (Mr K's secrataries) through to the Lister Hospital nurses and the stays, everything was as smooth as it could be. Leandri (the aftercare nurse after being discharged) is a superstar and is the most kindest and knowledgeable nurse there is. From my very first meeting with Mr Tsepov I felt at ease and listened to. Having severe endometriosis and large fibroid I was suffering a lot and very worried about surgery. Mr Tsepov arranged all the necessary pre assessments and explained everything so clearly to myself and my husband. All my reports were sent to me very quickly so I always felt completely informed. My surgery was very successful and I am so thankful to Mr Tsepov and his amazing team that have taken such good care of me. I already know wha a difference this will make to my life. I was very lucky to have been treated by Dr. karoshi. He has this very calm and warm demeanor, which was very welcomed by someone like me who's usually a little nervous. He is very patient, the same question he'd explain to me again and again till I understood completely. He was very thorough, unlike my previous experience, he took the time to thoroughly investigate my situation, came up with the best surgery option, one ensured that there was least physical intrusion, quicker recovery, and best long term post op health care. I always felt confident in Dr. Karoshi. To be able to build that trust is vital, and I was very lucky to have had this rapport with Dr. Karoshi.

During my first consultation Mr Raza listened to my concerns about the chronic pain I was experiencing. He presented and clearly explained my options. Once he had reflected on my history and symptoms he arranged an MRI scan. He then explained the MRI results and showed me the scan and drew pictures so I could understand the extent of my endometriosis. This was very helpful and he was so gentle in his approach.
