A fantastic experience from start to finish. From helping me understand the medical issues around my breathing to the cosmetic adjustments I opted in to Mr Supriya was great.

It was phenomenal. It was such a quick turn around from my consultation to my surgery that I was astonished. He laid everything out clearly and made sure I was aware of the process and expected outcome at every step. Furthermore, the surgery was AMAZING, I made mock ups of what I would have wanted and he went above and beyond to do better. I cannot recommend him enough, so friendly and lovely making me feel secure in my choice through out. [For addition context this was for rhinoplasty specifically].

I perceive him as extremely competent and professional with clear explanations and very approachable. I initially consulted him about a reduction in hearing ability which I thought was the result of an obstruction. Nick considered the possibility of a more serious condition (vasculitis) which after tests proved to be the case. The condition developed before final diagnosis and I collapsed and spent 8 days in hospital. I continue to be treated and progress is good but my prognosis could have been a lot worse without Nick identifying the possibility of vasculitis and I may have died or suffered a serious stroke as a result of the way the disease affected me.

Pleasant, businesslike, and obviously very experienced. Mr Srouji put me at ease.

I had never met Mr Shayah before. I was greated by him in the waiting area with a polite introduction and handshake. Once in the consulting room he listened carefully and patiently to me trying to explain my history and symptoms. Never interrupted and then carried out various tests on me. He reassured me about my condition explaining all aspects of it having asserted that I was most likely suffering from vestibular migraine. He gave me dietry advice and explained the purpose of the medication he was prescribing for me. A further appointment was made for 3 months hence. I felt very comfortable and not in the least bit pressured during my lengthy appointment and I came away, not cured but much reassured and confident that Mr Shayah would be doing all that he could for me. Very good "bedside manner".
