The zoom sessions were brilliant not only for holding me accountable but also for giving me a chance to reflect on what was going well and the challenges, and she helped me through the challenges in an enlightened and entirely non-judgemental manner. All in all I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking to loose weight or improve their eating habits in an effective, humane and sustainable way.

Dr Rajas been brilliant. Only downside was after operation I wasnt seen to by Dr Raja who I appreciate was runninv around 90mins/2hrs behind but the hospital staff were able to tell me what I actually had done
