Really good experience as usual. It was my first time in the new location for Gender Hormone Clinic which was easy to find and a nice environment inside the hospital.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

I didn't visit the clinic itself, but the remote experience was perfect. Swift replies containing all the information needed, flexible appointments with little waiting time and very friendly.

Dr Datta was everything we could have hoped for - experienced, qualified, wise, compassionate and pragmatic.

Generally good, the email exchange with receptionist is swift and efficient.

My experience at New Victoria Hospital for my surgery was exceptional. The clinic was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and safe environment. The staff were professional, attentive, and compassionate, ensuring that I felt well cared for throughout my stay. Overall, the level of service and care was outstanding, and I highly recommend New Victoria Hospital.

My stay at the priory was an incredibly positive one. It’s tough but the like skills gained are invaluable going forwards. The therapy team are incredibly strong, relatable and highly skilled. Every member of the staff from admissions and reception are incredibly helpful and the ward staff are simply amazing. I cannot speak too highly about the Priory staff. The food could have been a little better if I have one criticism.
