I found Mr Marshall to be exceptional. His relaxed and informative manner immediately put me at ease and his sense of humour helped. Answered any question I had and fully informed me of the procedure, including the pre-assessment, and of course the inherent risks of surgery.

Tan explains things so clearly. He cheerfully explained the procedure, what might hurt afterwards and exactly what I needed to do to make a quick and full recovery. He was so generous with his time and even telephoned me the next day to explain what he found and ask how I was. He is excellent.

I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!

Mr Kamel made me feel comfortable from my very first appointment. He explained everything clearly and took extra time to explain thoroughly. He repeatedly ensured I was ok and I felt at ease to ask questions if I needed to. He was very calm and professional, and visited me in my room following surgery to check everything was ok.
