Dr Mistry exceeded all my expectations. From my first visit I felt he genuinely has compassion for his patients. I was experiencing severe issues due to chronic insomnia. He made me feel at ease immediately and was very easy to talk to as well as being reassuring. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the most complex of sleep problems. I felt he was truly dedicated to help me and I had complete trust in his vast expertise and advice. I very much appreciated his services when I found myself needing additional support, he was always prompt at replying to my requests and arranging the support I needed to get me through some very difficult times, the advice given was invaluable. This is the first time in a long time that I feel I have someone in my corner who understands me. I am grateful for the team in seeing me so quickly and the whole process is made very easy to understand. Unfortunately so many are going to companies who have no qualifications to help with treatment.

Really enjoyed my time with Mark. Was very clear from the start the amount of sessions he felt were necessary to work with my condition - OCD - and the approach we would take. Compassionate approach and a good use of humour, as well as challenging some limiting self beliefs. Would highly recommend.
