About Dr. Pixie McKenna
Dr Pixie McKenna is a private GP in London and the founder of Dr Pixie’s GP Practice, based within The London Clinic at 5 Devonshire Place, Marylebone, in the Harley Street medical district. She offers private general practice, comprehensive health screening, women’s health and menopause care, sexual and reproductive health, and dermatology for adults and families.
Dr McKenna qualified in medicine from University College Cork in 1995. She completed her GP training at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge and became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 1999. She also holds postgraduate diplomas in child health (DCH), obstetrics and gynaecology (DRCOG) and practical dermatology (DPD). Her full qualifications are MB BCh BAO, DCH, DRCOG, MRCGP and DPD.
She has worked in private general practice for over 25 years, caring for individual patients as well as corporate clients, and has spent much of her career practising in the Harley Street area of central London.
Dr McKenna is widely known as one of the on screen doctors on Channel 4’s BAFTA winning series Embarrassing Bodies, which has aired in around 50 countries. She contributes regularly to print and broadcast media and to health awareness campaigns, with a particular focus on preventative medicine and regular health checks.

An excellent GP doctor to have. She is very warm, she listens, she cares, she delivers a great high level of service to the patient.
